CushionsERP provides a Manufacturing module (MRP / Production Orders) that lets you create, monitor, and manage multiple Manufacturing Orders (MOs). You can easily track each MO's status, progress, and output—all from the UI.

Once you activate the “Manufacturing” module, you can go to: 📍 Manufacturing → Production Orders (or Manufacturing Orders) There, you'll find a list of all MOs with the following built-in tracking tools:

Each Manufacturing Order has a status badge:

You can use the filter/search bar to quickly view:

• Only in-progress orders
• Only completed ones
• Orders by product
• Orders by date range, warehouse, etc.

✅ This helps production planners or supervisors get a live view of the manufacturing pipeline.

Each MO can have links to:

• BOM used
• Stock movement
• Workstations
• Operators (if tracked)

Plus:

• View what raw materials were consumed
• See what was produced and added to stock

Some CushionsERP setups (or external modules) allow:

• Visual dashboards (bar charts, pie charts, etc.)
• KPIs: WIP, throughput, delayed orders
• Export to Excel/CSV for reporting

You can also:

• Trigger alerts or emails when MO changes status
• Use CushionsERP triggers/hooks for custom automation
